I am impressed by how you have shown your learning and how you put this post up, Tyler. I can't believe how much they found in just one stormwater drain and in such a short time.
I was so surprised to see part of a soccer ball! And that glass would take years to break down the fish would of eaten it before it was gone and blunt.
Yes, there was lots of inorganic waste such as glass, bottle caps and plastic. But it looks like there was an overwhelming amount of organic waste such as grass clippings, paper and leaves. Thankfully, these biodegrade and decompose over time, whereas inorganic waste will never decompose.
The stuff that we found were a lot of glass , plastic ,sigerets , and bear lids

ReplyDeleteWe went to go and fetch the the net that was in the back drain then we brought it back to pod 10 and looked what was in there .

DeleteThere was a lot of leaves cause the guy who mode the lawn didn't have a catchmen so it all advenchily went into the drain.
