      Hi pod 9 It really felt it was like 12 degrees because of how we had to get out and in every 10 mins. How cold do you think it was?

      I felt nervous at first and made a mistake that meant we had to re-run a swimming race. I tried again with a new focus and found that I was quite good at it and began to enjoy the challenge. Sometimes you just have to pick yourself up and try again by taking responsible risks. Can you think of a time that you took a responsible risk, Evangeline?

    The kids did really well in swimming sports,their swimming was almost better than mine.
